SharkNinja in Needham, MA is seeking a Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist to own the traditional affiliate program and grow the social affiliate presence on Meta and YouTube. You will collaborate with the US Paid Media team, Brand Marketing, Social, Creative, and Analytics to drive performance across the US ecommerce business.

The role requires 4–6 years in affiliate or performance marketing, hands-on program management, and strong data skills.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, social commerce, or a closely related field.
• Hands-on experience managing an affiliate program, including partner recruitment, network management, commission structures, offer coordination, tracking, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of social affiliate or creator commerce programs (Meta, YouTube, or comparable platforms).
• Solid understanding of affiliate economics, attribution, and conversion optimization — you know how to read the numbers and act on them.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with publishers, creators, networks, and agencies.
• Strong organizational skills — you can manage a high volume of active partners, offers, and deadlines without letting things slip.
• Clear communicator who can prepare performance summaries and partner updates for internal and external audiences.
• Proficiency in affiliate network platforms and comfort with Excel or comparable reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management of SharkNinja's traditional affiliate program: partner approvals, offer and link management, placement coordination, commission structures, compliance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Recruit and onboard a productive mix of publishers, editorial and content partners, loyalty and rewards platforms, comparison and deal sites, and emerging commerce affiliates.
• Build and maintain working relationships with active partners, negotiating commissions and placements within established program guidelines and escalating complex commercial terms to the Manager.
• Translate the US Ecommerce commercial calendar into affiliate activations that support product launches, priority categories, promotions, and seasonal events.
• Strengthen partner engagement through product seeding, early access, customized offers, and performance recognition.
• Monitor partner and program performance daily, identifying trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
• Continuously test and refine partner mix, offers, placements, and content to improve revenue, conversion, and return on investment.
• Prepare regular performance reports and channel updates for the Manager and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage affiliate networks, agencies, and technology tools with accountability for execution quality.
• Support Legal and Finance on partner agreements, disclosures, and payment processing as needed.
