SharkNinja is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager (TikTok Shop) to lead the strategy and execution of our affiliate program on TikTok Shop. You will scale creator partnerships, optimize product visibility, and drive sales across retailers with a relationship-first approach.

This role collaborates with Performance Media, PR, Brand Marketing, Analytics, and Creative to capitalize on TikTok trends and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or related field.
• Proven success managing TikTok Shop affiliate programs or creator-driven campaigns.
• Strong understanding of TikTok creator ecosystem and conversions.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and performance-based partnerships.
• Ability to recruit, manage, and scale creator/affiliate networks with a revenue-growth focus.
• Analytical mindset with data-analysis tool proficiency (Excel/GA).
• Experience collaborating with creative, paid media, brand, and analytics teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment with evolving platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute TikTok Shop affiliate strategies to drive GMV and viral moments.
• Own onboarding, tracking, payouts, and reporting for the TikTok Shop program.
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns to meet growth targets.
• Identify, recruit, and manage TikTok creators and affiliate partners aligned with brand goals.
• Negotiate commissions and campaign terms balancing ROI and creator incentives.
• Collaborate with creators for on-brand, high-performing content and codes/coupons.
• Coordinate with creative to share top-performing assets and insights.
• Analyze CTR, CVR, AOV, ROI, and revenue; use analytics to optimize.
