Qualifications

• 5+ years of Amazon marketing experience with ownership of demand gen and on-site content/SEO.
• Hands-on proficiency with Amazon Ads (Sponsored Ads, DSP) and organic ranking.
• Proven track record managing large budgets and complex SKU catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Amazon marketing planning across paid and organic channels.
• Develop go-to-market plans aligning paid investment with on-site content readiness.
• Own keyword and search strategy across paid and organic to maximize share of voice.
• Partner with agencies/platform reps to stay ahead of Amazon algorithm changes.
• Contribute to category-level SEO strategies using trend data and VOC insights.
• Foster a culture of innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
