SharkNinja seeks a VP, Global Affiliate Marketing & Live Commerce to lead the global affiliate and live commerce demand engine for Shark and Ninja — driving toward $1B in attributed demand. You’ll guide teams across markets, own the program and technology, and set the standard for creator-led commerce at scale.

Based in Boston, MA or London, UK, you’ll partner with Product and SVP, Global DTC to elevate top affiliates and expand creator-led commerce across all channels.

Qualifications

• Hybrid background across commerce, merchandising, creator partnerships, marketing, and production.
• Proven track record building affiliate or creator-led commerce into revenue.
• Experience leading distributed global teams and international market launches.

Responsibilities

• Own global demand generation for affiliate and live commerce toward $1B.
• Lead global affiliate organization with regional P&Ls and operating model.
• Build and steward the global creator community with activation and retention.
• Partner with Product to specify and build marketing and commerce technology.
• Lead live commerce globally with formats, programming, and performance.
