SharkNinja, a global product design and technology company headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts, is seeking a Performance Marketing Analyst to drive paid media analytics and support profitable growth across the SharkNinja brands.

You will collaborate with Digital Media, Brand, Product Marketing, and Finance teams to optimize campaigns, report on performance, and forecast new product launches in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of analytics or paid media experience.
• Experience in SQL and Google Analytics.
• Excel proficiency and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day analysis of paid campaigns to meet ROAS targets and revenue goals.
• Identify opportunities to drive more efficient customer acquisition across search, social, and affiliate channels.
• Co-create campaign strategy with the Media Team to maximize ROI and drive education and innovation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate paid campaigns with omni-channel plans.
• Provide reporting and insights on campaigns and forecast for new product launches.
• Manage timelines, budgets, forecasts, billing, and deliverables with partners and agencies.
