Job summary

Rula is seeking a Sr. Affiliate Marketing Manager to own the affiliate channel end-to-end, including forecasting, partnerships, and patient journey to achieve acquisition goals.

You’ll manage a team and external contractors, grow publishers, and safeguard channel integrity through disciplined audits. You will collaborate with Analytics, Finance, and Provider Success, communicating clearly with leadership to diagnose issues and drive decisive actions.

Qualifications

• Data-driven, ROI-focused affiliate programs and budgeting experience.
• 8+ years direct affiliate marketing program management.
• Experience with major affiliate platforms and onboarding/tracking setup.
• Proven leadership of VAs or specialists and remote teams.
• Experience with Looker or equivalent BI tools for analytics.
• Experience recruiting and managing publisher/affiliate partners.

Responsibilities

• Own affiliate channel end-to-end: decisions, forecasting, roadmap, patient journey.
• Recruit, scale, and optimize high-quality publishers, monitor performance.
• Ensure channel integrity via fraud/quality auditing and compliance.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Finance, and Provider Success to drive outcomes.
• Communicate with leadership and stakeholders to diagnose issues and actions.
