Job summary

Rula is a remote-first company hiring in most US states (Hawaii excluded). We seek a Sr. Affiliate Marketing Manager to own the Affiliate channel end-to-end, driving publisher growth and partner performance while safeguarding compliance.

You’ll collaborate with Analytics, Finance, and Provider Success, reporting to leadership with clear action plans. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in affiliate programs, deep platform expertise, and a track record of managing $1M+ monthly spend.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience executing and managing affiliate programs.
• Expert understanding of affiliate networks, onboarding, tracking and payout structures.
• Experience managing $1M+ partner spend monthly.
• Proven ability to recruit and manage publishers to hit ROI goals.
• Experience with tracking, attribution, and compliance auditing.
• Collaboration with Finance and Analytics to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the Affiliate channel end-to-end, from strategy to execution and optimization.
• Recruit, grow, and manage high-quality publishers and external partners.
• Monitor performance, enforce compliance, and audit for fraud/quality.
• Work with Analytics, Finance, and Provider Success to diagnose issues and action plans.
