Job summary

OverCast Digital, part of the Silk family, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our affiliate creator function remotely in the US. You will manage BCAs, drive creator outreach, and shape performance-driven strategies for a multi-brand client portfolio.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, client management, and strategic collaboration with directors and account teams to optimize campaigns and creator pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of affiliate or influencer marketing, including 3+ years in an agency setting (or equivalent multi-brand in-house).
• 1–3 years team management — coaching, 1:1s, and performance conversations.
• Experience as the client-facing strategic lead on accounts — owning strategy and presenting performance data.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Account Directors, Account Managers, and junior team members.
• Strong analytical instincts — go beyond reporting to identify drivers of creator and content performance.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of BCAs day-to-day: 1:1s, output review, coaching, development conversations, and partner with leadership on performance feedback.
• Own a portfolio of accounts as the senior affiliate lead: join calls, direct strategy, approve creative briefs.
• Lead onboarding for new clients and brands launching onto affiliate, build the initial creator pipeline, set outreach strategy, and stand up sampling logistics.
• Partner on affiliate systems and tooling (Cruva and similar), surface friction and pilot process changes at BCA level.
• Coordinate with Creator Management on weekly tracking handoff and VIP creator graduation triggers.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Account Directors on brief creation, campaign alignment, and marketing calendar coordination.
