Job summary

Opascope is a performance marketing agency seeking a senior creator operations lead. You’ll coach brands on building a thriving creator community, design and manage brand Discords, and drive weekly performance showcases across platforms.

You’ll work with whitelisting, partnership ads, and Spark Ads codes, collaborating with a performance team to turn data into action. Remote, US-based role with ownership of outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active creator with posts on Meta/Instagram and/or TikTok.
• Fluent in whitelisting and partnership ads; can teach from setup to optimization.
• Able to architect and run a creator community and direct day-to-day operations.
• Comfortable coaching brands and translating performance into action.
• Strong collaboration with performance teams and campaign owners.

Responsibilities

• Coach brands on running a creator community: set agenda, review content grid, spotlight winning content.
• Architect each brand’s Discord: channels, onboarding, rituals; supervise VAs and community managers.
• Lead weekly win presentations to creators and brands: highlight top performers and impactful creatives.
• Build Opascope’s VIP creator roster: identify high-potential creators for cross-brand deployment.
• Guide creators through whitelisting and partnership ads: manage permissions and codes; streamline onboarding.
• Create performance content for Meta/Instagram and TikTok; model quality bar; potential commissions.
