Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, is seeking a Facial Aesthetics Customer Experience Representative III, Process Specialist to support efficient and compliant customer operations. You will act as a subject matter expert for complex order, distribution, account, reporting, and system processes, resolving issues and improving workflows with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes process documentation, training, and escalation support while ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures

Formación

• Progressive experience in customer service or operations.
• Expert knowledge with SAP or equivalent ERP system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data reporting ability.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize workflows and resolve recurring process issues across orders, accounts, and distribution.
• Analyze trends, apply corrective actions, and support compliance requirements.
• Monitor open orders and resolve complex fulfillment issues and blocks.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners for exceptions and end-of-quarter tasks.
• Develop reports, monitor inventory, and support audits or investigations.
