Job summary

AbbVie seeks a Facial Aesthetics Customer Experience Representative III, Process Specialist to ensure efficient, compliant customer operations. You will act as a subject matter expert for complex order, distribution, and reporting processes, resolving exceptions and driving improvements.

You will document processes, train teammates, and support system testing while maintaining accuracy and compliance across roles and data across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in customer service or related operations.
• Experience resolving complex operational issues across teams.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills for reconciliation and data analysis.
• Expert knowledge with SAP or another ERP system.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to document processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement and compliance efforts across orders, accounts, and distribution.
• Monitor orders, resolve complex fulfillment issues, and support end-of-quarter activities.
• Develop operational reports on fulfillment, inventory, and master data; support audits.
• Provide system and process support; create training materials and mentor teammates.
• Champion process and system enhancements to improve customer experience.
