Job summary

AbbVie Allergan Aesthetics is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, process product orders and provide timely updates to healthcare providers and internal teams. You will resolve issues to prevent shipping delays and promote excellent customer service.

Candidates should have 1+ years in customer service, be proficient with MS Office, and possess an Associate degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center.
• Experience working with MS Office.
• Associate Degree OR High School Diploma and equivalent relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Handle 50–100 daily call interactions, including product orders, updates, and deliveries status.
• Resolve inquiries using critical thinking to meet service levels.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure order accuracy and timely follow-ups.
• Deliver courteous, professional customer service and build strong relationships.
