Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end transport and infrastructure projects across a cross-functional team including engineers and technicians. The role concentrates on safe, repeatable spaceflight, with relocation and travel as part of the package.

You will drive planning, budgeting, and risk management for aerospace transport initiatives, coordinating with internal and external partners to meet launch cadence and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree or higher in engineering, construction, business, or another technical field.
• 2+ years managing complex system development projects within aerospace, transportation, or safety-critical industries.
• Experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of project management principles: scheduling, critical path, change management, reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to present status to executives.
• Ability to obtain a government facility badge.

Responsabilités

• Support and/or lead end-to-end delivery of multiple technical projects including planning, scheduling, procurement, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Act as primary contact to develop the overall project management plan aligned with stakeholders’ objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define, monitor, and control project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Proactively monitor and control scope, manage change requests, and track risks across multiple projects.
• Track KPIs and report progress at monthly reviews.
• Manage preparation, execution, and closeout of follow-up actions for flight hardware and transportation reviews.
• Develop tools for transportation assets for internal and external customers.
• Perform audits and continually improve project management tools and processes.
