Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a proactive project management professional to own artifacts from design to sustained production, coordinating with SMEs and engineers to ensure timely delivery of flight and R&D hardware. You will manage budgets, schedules, and procurement, while reporting readiness and risks to leadership.

The role requires 3-4 years in a technical PM role; knowledge of CAD/PLM and JIRA/Confluence is valued, with a focus on aerospace manufacturing engineering and supplier coordination.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and communication skills in technical environments.
• Expert experience in project management in a technical environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and scheduling.
• 3-4 years of experience required.
• DESIRED: aerospace manufacturing engineering experience.
• Familiar with CAD/PLM tools and team collaboration tools (JIRA/Confluence).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of artifacts from design to production with SMEs.
• Create and use data formats for reporting to executive leadership.
• Coordinate Make/Buy, tooling, work orders, non-conformances, and start-up activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, suppliers, and program leadership.
• Communicate risks and abatement plans to management.
