Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years of direct aviation industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineer or related field.
• Proven success managing OEM or Defense customer relationships and long‑cycle technical sales programs.
• Strong negotiation experience with contracts, proposals, and long‑term agreements.
• Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into customer-focused solutions.
• Experience responding to RFPs and developing compliance matrices and proposals.
• Knowledge of aerospace market dynamics, product positioning, and competitive strategy.
• Demonstrated project/program coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation and executive‑level communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead proposal development efforts including RFP responses, compliance documentation, and solution positioning.
• Negotiate and execute contracts supporting strategic aviation programs and partnerships.
• Identify emerging industry trends, competitive activity, and product opportunities within aerospace power and avionics markets.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal engineering, program, and leadership teams.
• Deliver technical sales presentations and coordinate customer engagements, demonstrations, and training initiatives.
