Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in Elkhart, IN to lead hardware architecture and embedded system design for mission-critical aerospace products. The role covers requirements definition, architecture, integration, verification, and deployment with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in aerospace/defense systems engineering, experience with PCIe, Ethernet, and I2C/SPI interfaces, and hands-on analog/digital board development.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on analog/digital board development and embedded systems experience.
• Experience leading hardware architecture, design, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware architecture, design, and engineering across systems and boards.
• Drive end-to-end systems engineering lifecycle from requirements through verification and deployment.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, test, manufacturing and program management teams.
