Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to manage sales and contracts with existing and new aerospace customers, driving revenue growth across North America and Europe.

You will lead negotiations, monitor contract health, and coordinate with Operations, Q&T, Logistics, and Finance to shape the business proposition. The ideal candidate has 3–10 years of aerospace technical sales or marketing, an engineering or technical degree, and proven contract management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field.
• 3–10 years in aerospace technical sales or marketing.
• Experience with major aerospace customers at senior levels.
• Experience in contract management and negotiation.
• Strong mix of sales and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly and quarterly sales bookings targets.
• Manage and maximize regional revenue, profitability, and share.
• Monitor contract health and provide feedback to seniors on performance.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve performance.
• Prioritize technical support projects and negotiate major agreements.
• Develop relationships with key accounts at senior levels.
• Coordinate with Operations, Q&T, Logistics, and Finance in NA and Europe.
• Manage inside and outside sales in assigned regions; set goals for reps.
• Travel requirement is up to 70%.
