Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. in the United States seeks a Senior Sales Manager to manage sales and contractual commitments for existing and new aerospace customers, driving revenue growth defined by the Director of Sales Americas.

You will deliver excellent contract management and customer service to key accounts. You will lead regional revenue growth, negotiate major agreements, and coordinate with TIMET divisions across North America and Europe, with up to 70% travel to support business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field; aerospace experience preferred.
• Experience in contract management and negotiation with senior customers.
• Proven track record in aerospace technical sales or marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop improvement plans.
• Ability to travel up to 70% and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly and quarterly sales bookings targets.
• Manage and maximize regional revenue, profitability, and share within the region.
• Maintain and analyze metrics to monitor contract health and report to leadership.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve TIMET Metals performance.
• Prioritize technical support projects and negotiate major agreements.
• Develop and nurture relationships with senior customer contacts and key accounts.
• Coordinate with TIMET divisions in NA and Europe to advance the business proposition.
• Manage inside and outside sales in regions assigned by Director of Sales.
• Travel up to 70% to penetrate accounts and drive growth.
