Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. seeks a Senior Sales Manager in Langhorne, PA to lead the aerospace sales and customer service functions.

You will direct a team focused on demand management, forecasting, contract administration, and order fulfillment while aligning customer requirements with production capabilities. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to grow revenue, improve forecast accuracy, and maximize customer satisfaction across major OEMs, Tier 1s,

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in sales, customer management, or commercial leadership within manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams for at least 3 years.
• Experience with major aerospace accounts and long-term contracts.
• Aerospace or defense/manufacturing exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Sales Managers, Account Managers, and Customer Service teams.
• Set sales objectives and KPIs to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Own demand forecasting and develop projections.
• Manage long-term agreements, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to align customer needs with production capabilities.
• Drive SIOP participation and forecast accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs and present performance reviews to executives.
