Job summary

Precision Castparts in Massachusetts is seeking a Contract Administrator/Customer Service Manager to coordinate bids, prepare contractual provisions, and manage orders from quote to shipment. You will liaise with multiple departments to ensure accurate specifications and timely delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in aerospace or related markets, a four-year degree, strong communication, and proficiency with MRP systems and ERP tools.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Senior level sales, customer service, contract administration or purchasing experience.
• 5+ years of related aerospace, energy, or military market sales exposure.
• Thorough knowledge of mechanical engineering, forging and/or machining.

Responsibilities

• Screen and process verbal and written inquiries and bid packages.
• Coordinate and manage entries of customer orders into computer systems.
• Liaise with Estimating, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing departments.
• Expedite orders and arrange inspections/witness points as required.
• Provide service support to internal departments and communicate with customers.
