Job summary

The Structures Company in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a Sr. Recruiter to manage full lifecycle recruiting for high-priority roles in space and defense programs. You will lead intake sessions, develop sourcing strategies, and advise hiring managers on market conditions and compensation.

Qualifications

U.S. Person per ITAR requirements.
5+ years of progressive full lifecycle recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, aerospace, or defense roles.
Ability to develop sourcing strategies and pipelines.
Experience with ATS reporting and data-driven decisions.
Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and events.

Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle recruiting for high-priority roles in space-related business.
Lead intake meetings and calibrate hiring requirements and timelines.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies and pipelines for specialized talent.
Advise managers on labor market trends, compensation, and feasibility.
Screen and evaluate candidates using structured criteria.
Analyze pipeline metrics and hiring progress to identify risks and improvements.
Collaborate with HR, compensation, and business leaders on offers.
Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders; mentor recruiters and improve processes.
