Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years in Quality Engineering, preferably in aerospace/defense manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• > Lead interpretation and flow-down of customer quality requirements throughout contracts and supplier base.
• > Create Program Quality Plans to manage customer and internal quality requirements.
• > Develop Product Control Plans (PCP) and Inspection Plans (IP) for program needs.
• > Support supplier, customer, and internal audits.
• > Drive CAPA via structured problem solving and RCA methods.
• > Support MRB, nonconformance management, and product/process assessments.
• > Review customer deliverable data packages for ABCL and contract deliverables.
• > Support Qualification Testing and FAI activities.
• > Monitor supplier performance and risk.
• > Interface with management, customers, suppliers, and government reps.
