Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Program Quality Engineer for the Rocket Motor Systems group in McHenry, MS. You will define and manage quality processes across the contract lifecycle, leading flow-down, plans, and inspections to ensure program success.

You will drive continuous improvement through RCA/CAPA, support audits, MRB, and ECI activities, and collaborate with customers, suppliers, and government representatives to deliver reliable propulsion hardware.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in Quality Engineering, esp. program or supplier QA in regulated hardware.
• Experience interpreting AS9100/ISO9001 and flow-down requirements.
• Proficient in RCA, CAPA, nonconformance, FAI, GD&T, PCP and IP.
• PPAP/AS9102 experience; reading complex drawings and specs.
• Ability to obtain BATFE explosives license and US security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer quality flow-down across contract lifecycles and supplier flow-down.
• Create Program Quality Plans to administer customer/internal quality requirements.
• Develop PCP and IP to support program-specific needs.
• Support audits for suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Drive CAPA actions and RCA to enable continuous improvement.
• Support MRB, nonconformance management, and product readiness activities.
• Interface with program mgmt, customers, suppliers, and government reps as needed.
