Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field required.
• 10+ years in supplier or operations quality management.
• 5+ years in a management role leading supplier quality.
• Experience with AS9100/ISO 9001, PPAP, FMEA and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-discipline SQE teams across drone programs (Launched Effects/Tactical Strike/Reconnaissance).
• Partner with design teams for manufacturability feedback and data-driven supplier performance.
• Drive supplier qualification activities (PPAP, audits, inspection systems) to meet schedules.
• Define and track KPIs; drive supplier performance across multi-site organizations.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor SQEs to scale the team.
• Collaborate with sourcing, category management, and program management to ensure supply.
