Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Tempe, AZ seeks a Senior Advanced Project Engineer to lead engineering projects for Tempe product families on a hybrid schedule. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure milestones, and support fielded product investigations.

Reporting to the Product Support Engineering Manager, the role focuses on aligning engineering activities with business goals and quality requirements to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with aerospace relevance.
• 6+ years in aerospace engineering project management.
• Knowledge of aerospace engineering principles and project management.
• Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Act as Design Authority for Tempe product families.
• Lead end-to-end project execution for product support activities.
• Support supplier transitions and cross-functional teams.
• Liaise with R&O and OEM factories to ensure alignment with goals.
• Assist risk assessment to maintain schedule and quality.
