Job summary

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Program Management Manager to lead the Consumables & Expendables Exclusives IPT, reporting to the Director of Distribution Programs across multiple sites in the U.S. and internationally.

This role emphasizes portfolio strategy, P&L leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with OEM partners, with travel up to 30% and a focus on delivering revenue and margin targets within the aerospace aftermarket.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field.
• 10+ years of work experience.
• 5+ years in Product or Program Management within aerospace parts and distribution.
• Experience leading large teams and working across multiple sites.
• 5+ years in aviation, aerospace and/or defense industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
• Strong business and finance acumen.

Responsibilities

• P&L Leader with ability to manage multiple, complex projects by establishing key metrics and standardized processes to measure performance and drive efficiencies
• Responsible for contract oversight and execution of a diverse mix of product lines spanning many platforms across Commercial, BAGA and Defense aftermarket segments
• Development of Portfolio Strategy and Product Line expansion with key OEM/Supplier Partners
• Set short- and long-term product strategies and evaluate effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives
• Lead SIOP strategies to maximize investments, mitigate risks and improve business outcomes
• Support LRBP (Long Range Business Plan) process and deliver to Portfolio financial targets across Revenue, Margin, Operating Earnings and Cash
