Job summary

You will own a profit-and-loss standalone program or major element, guiding tech, cost, schedule, quality and delivery performance while coordinating across teams and customers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, 10+ years in aerospace, and 5+ years in management, with a focus on strategic planning and program governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited), Business, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of aerospace experience and 5+ years in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Provide business leadership for a profit and loss stand-alone program or major business element.
• Oversee the technical, cost, schedule, quality, and delivery performance of the program.
• Lead long- and short-range business planning, customer interfaces, and budget allocation.
• Direct Integrated Product Teams to plan, execute, and control program performance.
• Ensure disciplined program change control and effective handling of customer requests.
