Job summary

Lockheed Martin, a global leader in aerospace, seeks a Project Manager to drive PBH sustainment contracts for Sikorsky’s global fleet. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, supply chain, and analytics to ensure timely contract performance and fleet readiness.

This role focuses on cost, schedule, and technical performance, with exposure to change control, lifecycle management, and cross-program coordination. A strong background in program management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Science, Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or 8 years equivalent experience/combined education, along with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with the assignment
• 3+ years of demonstrated Program Management, Project Management, or Sustainment experience.
• Familiarity risk and opportunity management

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule and technical performance of annual fleet rate project and subsystems of major programs.
• Coordinate change control processes (BCR) and R&O inputs across programs and matrixed organizations.
• Lead program review sessions with internal customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules; resolve program problems.
