Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Program Management Manager to lead the Consumables & Expendables Exclusives IPT within Boeing Global Services. You will oversee a diverse portfolio, drive portfolio strategy, and align products with revenue, margin and cash targets.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in program management, 5+ years in aerospace, and strong leadership across multi-site teams. Domestic/international travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field.
• 10+ years of work experience in roles aligned with program management.
• 5+ years of Product or Program Management within aerospace parts and distribution.
• Experience leading large teams and working across multiple sites.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
• Strong business and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• P&L leadership and metrics development to drive efficiencies across multiple programs.
• Oversee contracts and execution of a diverse product-line portfolio across commercial, BAGA and defense aftermarket segments.
• Develop portfolio strategy and expand product lines with key OEM/supplier partners.
• Set short- and long-term product strategies and evaluate sales/marketing initiatives.
• Lead SIOP strategies to maximize investments and mitigate risks.
