Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field.
• 10+ years of work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Product or Program Management within aerospace parts and distribution.
• Previous experience in managing/leading larger teams.
• 5+ years of experience in aviation, aerospace and/or defense industry.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically & internationally up to 30% of the time.
• MBA highly desired.

Responsibilities

• P&L leadership across multiple, complex projects with metrics and process standardization.
• Oversee contracts and execution across diverse product lines for Commercial, BAGA and Defense aftermarket segments.
• Develop portfolio strategy and expand product lines with OEM/supplier partners.
• Set short- and long-term product strategies and evaluate sales/marketing initiatives.
• Lead SIOP strategies to maximize investments and improve outcomes.
• Support LRBP process and deliver portfolio financial targets.
