Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Sr. Program Manager (Finance) to lead aerospace program efforts from its Clearwater, Florida location on a hybrid schedule. You will matrix-manage cross-functional teams, drive program strategy, cost management, risk handling, and ensure timely delivery of high-visibility Space programs.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will mentor teams, apply EVM practices, and champion process improvements while upholding compliance and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of program management or related roles.
• Proficiency in program management tools and EVM.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee program management activities for aerospace projects.
• Develop and implement program management strategies and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with program management standards and guidelines.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices
