Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Program Specialist II to coordinate activities across new product development, program controls, and cross-functional teams. This role emphasizes rotations through the Integrated Program Team to build a broad understanding of aerospace program management.

You will report to the Senior Program Director and operate on a hybrid schedule from various locations, including Clearwater, FL.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in program management or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to track and report on program performance metrics.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in the aerospace industry.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Engineering, Business or related Degree (with PM coursework)

Responsibilities

• Execute activities on New Product Development in program controls, project engineering, program management, ISC engineering, Sourcing, and through proposal to production phases.
• Support program teams in solving critical issues and achieving metrics while learning the roles within the Integrated Program Team.
• Complete rotations and evaluations per Rotational PM program design.
• Track program progress and performance metrics, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
