Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience in aerospace defense.
• Knowledge of defense munition program requirements and regulatory standards.
• Experience developing complex program plans (scheduling, budgeting, resources).
• Risk management experience for aerospace projects.
• Proficiency with PM tools and methodologies for defense.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage defense munition programs aligning with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Develop program plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution and resolve issues.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide leadership and foster continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with CBTs and GBE to support applications.
• Use PM tools including SOW, LOB, WBS, and BOE.
