Job summary

Blue Origin in Merritt Island, FL is seeking a proactive Project Manager to drive end-to-end project management for new product introductions in the aerospace manufacturing and supply chain domain. You will collaborate with program and operations stakeholders to ensure readiness, schedule adherence, cost control, and risk mitigation in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3–4 years PM experience in technical settings, excellent communication, and the ability to work with internal teams

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in project management roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication in technical settings.
• Self-starter with bias for action and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of artifacts to move work centers from design to production.
• Create data formats and reports for executive readiness and escalations.
• Track design release, Make/Buy decisions, tooling, and scheduling with stakeholders.
• Support SMEs during build and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Communicate risks and mitigation plans to leadership.
