Job summary
Blue Origin is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead aerospace NPI programs from concept to manufacturing at our Merritt Island facility. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across time zones, manage budgets and schedules, and drive process improvements to meet aggressive milestones.

Qualifications
- B.S. in electrical or manufacturing engineering or equivalent technical field.
- 5-7 years of technical program management experience in aerospace NPI development and manufacturing.
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple cross-team customers and schedules.
- Ability to communicate status to leadership and government stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex aerospace NPI programs from concept through manufacturing.
- Coordinate multiple cross-team stakeholders across different time zones.
- Develop and manage project budgets, funding, and schedules.
- Drive process improvements and ensure on-time, safe, and compliant deliveries.
