Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant aerospace manufacturing engineering experience.
• Proficient in reading/interpreting drawings, GD&T and 3D modeling.
• Experience planning manufacturing sequences and designing fixtures/tools.
• Experience with NX CAD platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for aerospace components.
• Interpret and create engineering drawings and 3D models for planning.
• Design fixtures and tooling to enable repeatable, high-quality production.
• Create and maintain Manufacturing Work Instructions and documentation.
• Plan manufacturing operations with focus on quality, cost, and throughput.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.
• Provide shop-floor technical support and drive continuous improvement.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and cost-saving initiatives.
