Job summary

Vantor invites a Senior Aerospace Modeling & Simulation Engineer to lead high-fidelity analyses of space, airborne, and ISR studies. You will guide complex modeling efforts, interact with customers and program leadership, and shape technical approaches for mission analyses.

You will mentor junior analysts, standardize workflows, and drive scalable simulation practices using cloud and HPC. A strong background in astrodynamics and aerospace systems is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in space systems modeling and simulation.
• Experience with astrodynamics, remote sensing, or aerospace systems operations.
• Willing to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-fidelity modeling and simulation for space, airborne, and ISR studies.
• Engage with customers and leadership to clarify mission needs and shape solutions.
• Define technical approaches, performance measures, and acceptance criteria for major workstreams.
• Maintain technical quality through reviews of models, inputs, and assumptions.
• Standardize simulation workflows and promote reusable components and documentation.
• Direct large simulation campaigns using cloud, HPC, and distributed resources.
• Interpret complex results and deliver defensible recommendations to customers and leadership.
• Plan and prioritize technical work and advise on scope, schedule, and staffing.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote knowledge sharing.
