• 5+ years in a manufacturing, process, or operations engineering role.

• Background supporting new product introduction and manufacturing optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for aerospace & defense products.
• Drive successful new product introductions with design engineering teams.
• Champion continuous improvement to enhance quality, productivity, and cost.
• Provide technical leadership solving complex equipment and process challenges.
