Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent education.
• 5+ years' experience manufacturing engineer in automation and semi-automation environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Leadership skills to take charge and direct others toward goals.
• Strong organization and workload management.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Clear written and verbal communication; knowledge of troubleshooting automation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage/supervise and assign activities to staff to develop end-to-end manufacturing processes for new product development and modifications.
• Provide technical and costing support to marketing, sales, and customers for escalated issues.
• Share technical information between teams and plants to promote best practices globally.
• Lead design reviews and design-for-manufacture meetings globally.
• Coordinate manufacturing process development with tooling suppliers to meet budgets and schedules.
• Review and develop department methods and procedures; lead recruitment activities.
