Job summary

Molex is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering to lead the new product development engineering team from concept to production, while coordinating globally for product launches in DSS plants.

You will oversee process development, provide technical and costing support, and promote best practices across groups. Strong leadership, manufacturing engineering experience, and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years' experience as a manufacturing engineer in automation environments.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Ability to work with global teams and travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff to develop end-to-end manufacturing processes for new product development.
• Provide technical and costing support to marketing, sales and customers for complex issues.
• Share best practices across teams and plants to drive global standardization.
• Lead design reviews and manufacture-focused meetings across regions and suppliers.
