Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or operations engineering role.
• Experience supporting manufacturing processes in a regulated or high-quality production environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, new product introduction, or manufacturing optimization.
• Experience utilizing analytical problem-solving methods to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of manufacturing processes that ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production of Aerospace & Defense products.
• Drive successful new product introductions by partnering with design engineering teams to develop scalable and robust manufacturing solutions.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational performance.
• Provide technical leadership in solving complex manufacturing challenges related to equipment, processes, materials, and product performance.
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to improve manufacturability and accelerate production readiness.
• Influence manufacturing strategy through process innovation, automation opportunities, and implementation of best practices.
• Support process validation, qualification, and capability improvement activities to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective action efforts that improve reliability, yield, and overall manufacturing performance.
• Mentor engineers, technicians, and operators while fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
