Job summary

AT3 Staffing partners with an aerospace manufacturer in Vergennes, VT to identify a Supplier Quality Engineer specializing in electrical systems, PCB, and circuit card assemblies. You will be the quality liaison between the company and its global supplier network, driving supplier excellence and ensuring compliance with aerospace standards.

You will lead audits, manage SMT and through-hole processes, review drawings, and drive CAPA with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• 5+ years of Supplier Quality in aerospace or regulated industries.
• Hands-on PCB fabrication and high-reliability electronics experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the qualification, approval, and ongoing management of suppliers for electrical components, PCB fabrication, and CCA.
• Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and performance reviews to ensure standards compliance.
• Evaluate SMT, through-hole, conformal coating, and environmental testing processes.
• Drive CAPA and investigations using 8D, RCCA, and FMEA methodologies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and monitor metrics.
