Job summary

A premier aerospace electronics provider is seeking a Component Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure high-quality components for aerospace applications. The role involves participating in supplier audits, tracking supplier performance, and collaborating with various internal teams. Ideal candidates should have a degree in engineering, 5+ years of experience with ISO9001/AS9100, and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product assurance and quality systems with exposure to ISO9001/AS9100.
• Ability to travel (<25% typical, up to 75% of time per month) for supplier surveys.
• Experience with failure analysis and non-conformance resolution.

Responsibilities

• Participate in supplier quality audits and source inspections.
• Track supplier performance and mitigate supplier-born risks.
• Support procurement and manufacturing with supplier quality activities.
