Job summary

TT Electronics is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance of externally sourced materials and PCBA assemblies used in aerospace, defense, medical device, and industrial applications.

You will partner with suppliers, Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, QA, and customers to drive performance, mitigate risk, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in Supplier Quality or related quality discipline.
• Experience with PCBA manufacturing and supplier audits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier quality performance through scorecards, KPIs, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
• Lead supplier qualification, onboarding, and approval activities.
• Develop and maintain Approved Supplier Lists (ASL) and lead supplier performance reviews.
• Perform supplier audits (QMS, process, product, special process) and verify corrective actions.
• Support incoming inspection and analyze supplier-related nonconformances; drive containment and QC processes.
