Job summary

TRIUMPH in West Hartford, CT, seeks a Senior Analyst, Contract Administration to manage OE, spares and repair contracts for diverse customers. You will review orders, draft amendments, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure contractual compliance.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience, strong customer service, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office is expected; knowledge of JDE ERP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service, business acumen, and positive attitude.
• Experience in high-volume quoting and contract awards; fast-paced, organized.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel mastery desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with JDE ERP system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration of OE, spares and overhaul and repair contracts for a diverse range of customers both domestic and international.
• Complete order review, entry, acknowledgement, and amendments.
• Initiates the Contract Review process by documenting the customer’s order and routing to internal departments.
• Perform preliminary review and analysis of contract terms and conduct preliminary research of contract issues.
• Review MOU, MOI, NDA, and PIA in coordination with Management.
• Ensure contract obligations are fulfilled; respond to customer contract demands with relevant groups.
• Interpret contract language and consult with management/legal as needed.
• Ensure ERP sales order entry is complete, timely, and accurate.
• Maintain custody and order of all contractual documents.
• Maintain communication with customers relative to contract issues.
• Meet customer expectations and focus on risk and cost control.
• Initiate enterprise-wide contract review for proposals; input pricing, SOW verification, and terms.
• Provide negotiation support to Business Development and other groups.
• Support Finance, Program Management, Engineering, and Compliance on contract matters.
• Assist in developing and implementing standard contract administration procedures.
• Support monthly SIOP meetings to ensure accurate part provisioning.
• Other duties as assigned.
