Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and business acumen.
• Experience in high-volume quoting and contract awards.
• Strong written and verbal communication; organization.
• Knowledge of JDE ERP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer OE, spares, and repair contracts for diverse customers.
• Complete order review, entry, acknowledgement, and amendments.
• Document contract flow-down requirements and route to internal teams.
• Review contract terms and conduct preliminary research on issues.
• Review MOU, MOI, NDA, and PIA with management.
• Ensure contract obligations are fulfilled and manage customer demands.
• Interpret contract language with management/legal as needed.
• Maintain ERP sales order entry accuracy and timeliness.
• Support pricing, SOW verification, and adherence to requirements.
• Assist in developing standard contract administration processes.
• Support monthly SIOP meetings for part provisioning.
