Job summary

TRIUMPH System, Electronics & Controls, based in Windsor, CT, is seeking a Contract Administrator to manage OE, spares, and overhaul contracts for domestic and international customers. The role focuses on accurate order processing, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure contract obligations are fulfilled.

The candidate will review terms, assist with amendments, and provide negotiation support while maintaining strong customer relationships and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and strong business acumen.
• Ability to handle high-volume quoting and contract awards.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Excel mastery required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of JDE ERP system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration of OE, spares and overhaul and repair contracts for commercial and military customers worldwide.
• Review orders, enter data, acknowledge, and process amendments.
• Document customer order and contract flow-down requirements with internal teams.
• Review contract terms and conditions; perform preliminary research on issues.
• Review MOU, MOI, NDA, and PIA documents with management.
• Ensure contract obligations are fulfilled and manage contract-related risk and cost control.
• Interpret contract language; consult with management and legal as needed.
• Ensure ERP sales order entry is complete, timely and accurate.
• Maintain custody of all contractual documents; communicate with customers.
• Support pricing inputs, SOW verification, terms and conditions, and draft responses.
• Provide negotiation support to Business Development and Contracts teams.
• Support Finance, Program Management, Engineering and Compliance on contract matters.
• Contribute to developing standard contract administration processes.
• Support monthly SIOP meetings to ensure material provisioning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
