Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in the United States is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead complex CNS projects across global teams. The role involves defining scopes, managing timelines and budgets, and driving process improvements with a strong focus on safety and quality.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders, and report to the Director of Project Engineering from the Deer Valley, AZ location on a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project engineering or technical CAM roles in the Aerospace industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in development of proposals, statements of work and associated cost estimates.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for customers and the program manager.
• Define and implement project scope, objectives, deliverables, prepare schedules and resource forecasting in Microsoft Project.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets using Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics.
• Lead a robust risk management process to identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
