Job summary

NAES is seeking a Technical Product Director for aero-derivative gas turbine platforms. The role leads technical strategy, lifecycle management, aftermarket support, and customer advisory services for LM6000, LM2500, TM2500, and related technologies.

The position combines product management with engineering knowledge, supplier development, and service coordination to deliver comprehensive lifecycle solutions and optimize total cost of ownership for turbine operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into product strategies and service solutions.
• Experience with aero-derivative gas turbines and aftermarket services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategies and roadmaps for aero-derivative gas turbine platforms (LM6000, LM2500, TM2500).
• Define requirements and lifecycle support strategies based on customer needs and market demand.
• Identify opportunities for new products, aftermarket offerings, and service expansions.
• Manage product lifecycle activities, including introduction, installed-base support, and obsolescence mitigation.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, service ops, procurement, quality, and partners.
