Job summary

NAES is seeking a Gas Turbine Generator Product Manager to lead the global strategy, development, and execution of generator products and services. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership in supply chain, service growth, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include defining worldwide product strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial leadership while building a high‑performing cross‑functional team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering from an accredited college or university.
• 10 years of experience in power generation, with focus on generators or rotating equipment.
• Experience with 50Hz and 60Hz systems and conversion projects.
• Strong financial modeling and project management skills.
• Lean, Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global product strategy for generator upgrades, restorations, and frequency conversion.
• Lead development of generator technologies and define capability limits.
• Own lifecycle management including NPI, enhancements, and obsolescence planning.
• Drive service business growth with upgrades, field services, and aftermarket offerings.
• Own product line P&L and drive revenue growth.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with engineering, supply chain, and sales.
